AIBA adapted a policy at their Vice President's Bureau meeting in Houston, TX at the World Championships in November 1999 that a team could only have 3 coaches in international tournaments.As far as USA Boxing rules are concerned, it has no significance insofar as Olympics and International tournaments are concerened; the rule is not in compliance with AIBA rules and is useless.
