Coach Falcone! I would like to clear the air about something that I have heard a couple of people, to remain nameless, say about all of the effort that you have given to a very good cause. I am talking about how you have had the courage to provide this much-needed site to serve as a forum to express any concerns about the amateur boxing program, and all of your efforts toward the betterment of this same program. Coach, it saddens me to have to tell you that I have heard some people say that you are too "Negative". These people that I am speaking of, obviously, either do not know the definition of the word negative, or, they do not know you. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt, and believe that they just do not know you well enough, nor do they know of your countless contributions, and even more significant, your never ending dedication to the betterment of the amateur boxing for the participants.

Coach, I have known you for a long time, more than 20 years. I have traveled to local regional, and national competitions with you. If there ever was one whose utmost concern was for the "kids", far beyond any personal gratification, it was you. I have known you long enough to know that any effort, which you have undertaken, has been purely for the benefit of the participants. How in this world, any one could have the audacity to say anything else defies me? These detractors need to open their eyes, and realize; that everything you do for amateur boxing is solely for the improvement of a great sport, and ultimately for the benefit of those who chose to participate.

Keep up the excellent work , Coach Falcone.
